General
- This REVIEW AND WIN CAMPAIGN [ "Campaign" ] is organised by CTAT Equipment Sdn. Bhd. [934208-H] [ "the Organiser" ] and will be governed by these standard terms and conditions (the โTerms of Useโ). By participating in this Campaign, Participants are taken to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Campaign Terms & Conditions, and accept that all decisions by the Organiser are final and binding. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Campaign Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice to the Participants and the Participants agree to be bound by such changes.
- These Terms of Use apply to the legal relationship between the Organiser and a participant in the Campaign.
- The laws of Malaysia shall govern the Campaign and these Terms of Use. All disputes arising in connection with the Campaign and these Terms of Use, including but not limited to disputes concerning the existence and validity thereof, shall be resolved by the competent courts of Malaysia and by participating in the Campaign the participants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. However, it shall be the sole responsibility and obligation of each participant to ensure that he / she complies and do not contravene any laws to which he / she may be personally subjected to.
- A failure by the Organiser to enforce any of these rules in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim by any other person.
- To participate in the Campaign, participants will need to provide their personal details for competition judgement and prize fulfilment purposes, as well as marketing and promotional purposes in connection with this Campaign. All participants must ensure the details provided are true, accurate, current and complete. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- The Campaign will be held during the Campaign Period as set out in this Terms of Use. The Organiser reserves the right to vary, postpone or re-schedule the dates of the Campaign or extend the Campaign Period at its sole discretion.

- If these Terms of Use are translated into a language other than English, the English version of the Terms of Use shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
- Participants to this Campaign are deemed to be unconditionally accepting the terms and conditions of this Campaign. A failure to adhere to these terms and conditions will result in disqualification from the Campaign and forfeiture of the prize(s).
- The Organiser is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or websites.
- The Organiser, its partners and its sponsor(s) (if any) will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the Campaign Winner(s).
- The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage there to or arising there from.
- In the event a Campaign Winner(s) chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.

Participation
- This event can be participated by every Connecte customer.
- The duration of the event is set as four times per year, two weeks each time for submission.
- Previous or new customers can participate as long as he or she completes all the required steps to join this campaign.
- The following categories of persons are not eligible and excluded from participation in the Campaign:
Persons employed by, or working for, the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses) in any capacity; Representatives, employees, servants and / or agents of advertising and / or promotion service providers of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses); and Persons working for third party companies that are involved in the organisation or execution of the Campaign.
Each such person shall be referred to as an โIneligible Personโ and collectively referred to as โIneligible Personsโ in these Terms of Use.
Campaign Mechanics
1. Brief Description of Campaign
- The Review & Win Campaign is organized with the intention to reward our customer.
- The Campaign is available on Connecte Studio Instagram and Facebook account and on Connecte Studio official website (www.connectestudio.com).
- The Campaign shall be held from 1st September 2021 (12am Malaysian Time) and will close on such time that the Organizer deems fit.
- The Organizer reserves the right to vary, withdraw or re-schedule the Campaign Period or any dates thereof at its sole discretion.
2. Mechanism of Campaign
- The method of participation in the Campaign is via website upon submitting details to the website and Instagram/Facebook feed/stories submission upon submitting entries via the platform during the Campaign Period.
- To participate, the participant needs to:
a) Write his/her review with minimum 30 words and photos/videos attached on Connecte Studio's website.
b) Post it on his/her social media feed/stories and tag Connecte Studio's account.
c) Follow Connecte Studio's social media.
d) Send screenshots of the steps above to Connecte Studio via Facebook, Instagram or Whatsapp @60125251325.
- The entry is only counted when the steps above are completed.
- The participant will also receive a RM5 cash rebate via Touch 'n Go eWallet after the steps above are completed.
- The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry that is not submitted in the required manner as indicated above including, but not limited to, entries with incorrect or incomplete information, or where the POP is altered, duplicated, defective, is invalid and will be automatically disqualified from the Campaign without notice.
- Participants MUST keep the original POP for verification and prize redemption purposes. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prize won.
- The Organizer does not charge for Campaign entries submitted by the participants.
- The Organiser shall not reimburse the participants for the charges incurred in sending the WhatsApp entry including Sales and Services Tax (SST), and related charges, if any.
- The participants must adhere to the mechanism of the Campaign as may be notified or communicated by the Organizer during the Campaign Period.
3. Prizes
- Every participant will get a RM5 cash rebate via Touch 'n Go eWallet throughtout the Campaign Period.
- A Logitech K380 Bluetooth Keyboard and a D2 Projector Stand to be given out to the winners throughout the Campaign Period.
- The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any one of the prize(s) with items of equivalent value at any time without prior notice.
- All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participant and are awarded by the Organizer and/or sponsors without any warranty of any kind express or implied. The participant shall execute a deed of release and indemnity in a form prescribed by the Organizer, if so required, in order to receive the Prize.
- The Organiser reserves the right to not award any and/or all of the prize(s) on the basis that there are insufficient entries which qualify and satisfy the criteria (โQualifying Entriesโ). For example, if there are 100 prizes available to be won during a particular Prize Period, in the event that there are less than 100 Qualifying Entries, the Organiser is entitled to only award the prize(s) to the Qualifying Entries and forfeit the remaining prize(s).
4. Selection of Winners
- The Organiser will deliver the prizes based on first come first served basis. 1 participant is only entitled to 1 prize. Hence, once every three months, the Organiser will contact the selected participant on the prize redemption and delivery.
- Confirmation on the prize will be done via Email & WhatsApp.
- All prizes are bound by the terms and conditions attached to the prizes and these Terms of Use and must be claimed within the stipulated time frame (in within 3 days after the announcement of winners). Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. (All prizes will be processed for delivery in within 90 days after the announcement of winners).
- The Campaign's winning mechanics will be determined by the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Campaign's winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
- The Organiser's decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
5. Notification, Verification and Contact of Winners
- Winners will be announced on the Organiser's social media (Instagram and Facebook), and also will be notified via Email and the instant messaging app โWhatsAppโ using the same contact number and email address in which they made their purchase. The winners must ensure that the data details provided to the Organiser are true, accurate, current and complete. Winners will be informed of their win and they will be advised by the Organiser as to the verification and redemption of prizes process.
- Each winner is only allowed to win one (1) prize from the Campaign. The winners must respond within three (3) days from the time when the Organiser sent the notification via WhatsApp from +6012-5251325.
- If the winner fails to respond within three (3) days, the Organizer reserves the rights to substitute the winner with subsequent name on the list.
